John R. Hedgecock, 64, of Rex Street, passed away August 5, 2020. He was born March 23, 1956, in Roswell to Glen and Gladys Hedgecock.
John loved the outdoors. He had countless fond memories of going hunting and fishing with his father and brothers around Ruidoso. John was an avid teacher to his children, always sharing with them the skills and knowledge he had. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved watching football. John will be remembered for his sense of humor and making others laugh by his jokes and for just being his goofy self.
John was preceded in death by his father; daughter, Sasha Hedgecock; brother, Glen A. Hedgecock.
Survivors are children: Desirae Davis, Kayla Hedgecock (Benjamin), Sierra Hedgecock; grandchildren: Brandon, Journey, Harley, Aiden, Avalon and Lily; mother, Gladys Hedgecock siblings: Billy Hedgecock (Thelma), Linda Bravo, Robert Hedgecock and numerous nieces and nephews.
