Haley D. Reiser, 37, of Hays Dr. Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away on September 26, 2020.
Haley was born on October 11, 1982, in Wagner, South Dakota to Charles and Rita Kocer.
Haley is remembered for her selflessness, her sense of humor, and her ability to lift up anyone
who needed it. Her greatest passion in life was caring for others. It became abundantly clear
early in her life as a child, she did all she could to help raise her siblings. Haley was preceded in
death by her father, Charles Kocer; paternal grandparents, Romaine and Helen Kocer; maternal
grandmother, Delphine Wurtz.
Haley is survived by her sons: Brayden Reiser, Cole Reiser, and Jase Reiser; mother, Rita Kocer;
siblings: Charles Kocer, Jr., Cassius Kocer and wife, Cassie, Kathryn Kocer, Michael Kocer and
numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
