All Star DMV and the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance joined together with the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors to cut the ribbon on the Commercial Compliance Services office at All Star DMV on July 9. The event also featured delicious treats by Curbside Cravings and Sunshine Snow LLC. The CCS by NMAIA offers complete DOT services throughout New Mexico. Manager Tatiana Crowder, who cut the ribbon for Wednesday’s event, is especially excited to have the Carlsbad office up and running for those needing DOT services in the Permian Basin. Eddy County Commission Approves RFP for Construction of New Detention Center

During Tuesday’s Commission Meeting on November 18, the Eddy County Board of County Commissioners approved the Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive bids from qualified firms for the construction of a new Eddy County Detention Center. The project will be located at 1501 Corrales Drive in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
