The New Mexico Auto Industry Alliance (NMAIA) is proud to announce the newest addition to its growing team: Tatiana Crowder, who joins the organization as the Director of its DOT Division. Tatiana will work in collaboration with the NMAIA, All Star DMV, and B2B MVD to elevate Department of Transportation (DOT) services for FMCSA-regulated businesses across New Mexico and West Texas.

With over 10 years of experience in DOT compliance and safety, Tatiana's extensive background enhances the level of service and expertise the organization can now provide to its clients. Her leadership marks a significant step forward in NMAIA's mission to support the trucking, oilfield, and towing industries with seamless regulatory solutions.

Tatiana is a Certified Designated Employer Representative (DER) and will be spearheading the launch of a statewide drug testing consortium, addressing a key need among fleet and independent regulated carriers. In addition, her bilingual capabilities allow her to offer services fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility and improved service to a broader client base.

Her department will offer comprehensive support, including:

  • Company formation

  • Permitting and regulatory filings

  • Compliance reviews and audit preparation/representation

  • Safety score improvement consulting

  • Insurance coordination

  • On-site annual inspections and VIN inspections across New Mexico

"I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge and expertise to these businesses in an industry I have served passionately for over a decade," said Tatiana. "Being bilingual allows me to serve everyone better."

Originally from Wisconsin, Tatiana is excited to now call New Mexico home. She's looking forward to the beautiful weather, vibrant culture—and, of course, the chile. "I'm a Christmas girl," she said, laughing. "Why have one chile when you can enjoy them both?"
