Custodial/Maintenance Supervisor

I am proud to serve as an administrator and the Custodial/Maintenance Supervisor. To me, this is one of my greatest personal achievements. I am continuing to learn and grow, with the goal of one day becoming a Director. However, my personal success is inseparable from the collective efforts of my team. I have the privilege of leading over 60 dedicated custodians, and together, we have completely turned around our department. Much of our work is thankless, but its impact is profound. Our continued effort directly ensures the safety, security, and comfort of every building where the youth of our growing city learn and thrive. My approach to leadership is simple: lead by example. I believe in demonstrating the values of integrity, teamwork, and perseverance to the next generation. My passion for giving back is most evident in my role as a mentor and volunteer in local youth sports and activities. I consistently step in to help coach and support teams, regardless of whether my own children are directly involved. Whether I am volunteering as a substitute soccer coach, assisting with youth practices, or simply showing up to encourage kids on the sidelines, my goal is to ensure young athletes feel valued and motivated.
