Eddy County Appoints Teanna Romero as Executive Administrative Assistant to County Manager Mike Gallagher

Eddy County is proud to announce the appointment of Teanna Romero as the new Executive Administrative Assistant to County Manager Mike Gallagher. This appointment marks an internal promotion for Romero, who has grown within Eddy County over the past five years, spending the last four serving in the County Manager’s Administration Department.

Throughout her time with Eddy County, Teanna has built a reputation for her strong work ethic, professionalism, and commit

ment to serving the County with integrity. Her promotion reflects both her proven leadership and her deep understanding of County operations.

As Executive Administrative Assistant, Romero will continue to provide high-level support to the County Manager and Board of Commissioners, ensuring efficiency, organization, and professionalism in all administrative matters.

County Manager Mike Gallagher shared his enthusiasm for Romero’s appointment, stating, “Teanna is an incredible asset to the county! She is an administrative professional who works well with everyone, and I am very happy that she will be in this role.”

Outside of her professional life, Teanna enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and being outdoors.
