From the start of my career, I’ve been driven by one simple goal: to make healthcare work better for the people who depend on it. I have been in healthcare 10 years and as the Director of Practice Management, I currently lead 13 clinics across Carlsbad and surrounding communities, overseeing operations that impact thousands of patients every year. Beyond my professional role, I am deeply committed to serving the Carlsbad community. I actively participate in local back-to-school drives to ensure children start the year prepared, and I regularly support food pantry programs that help families facing hardship. These efforts reflect my belief that leadership is about more than organizational success— its about helping and lifting others who are in need around you. I don’t just show up to volunteer; I help organize, mobilize, and connect resources to make these programs more effective.
