I am fortunate to have built a great career with what I believe is not just one the largest but the greatest employer in Carlsbad - Oxy. Working here has allowed me to merge my passion for community service and giving back with my professional endeavors. I started at the bottom, shoveling dirt and swinging hammers for a living, and now I find myself discussing industry-impactful ideas with seasoned engineers on a daily basis. I am truly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, and I am committed to leveraging my experience and skills to help teach others. Eddy County Commission Approves RFP for Construction of New Detention Center

During Tuesday’s Commission Meeting on November 18, the Eddy County Board of County Commissioners approved the Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive bids from qualified firms for the construction of a new Eddy County Detention Center. The project will be located at 1501 Corrales Drive in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
