Anthony Maldonado

Anthony Maldonado is a dedicated business professional serving as the General Manager of Forrest Tire Company’s largest and most profitable store in Carlsbad, New Mexico. With 26 years of service to the company, Anthony achieved a significant milestone in 2023 when he became the first non-Forrest family member to manage the location in its 79-year history.

Born and raised in Hobbs, New Mexico, Anthony relocated to Carlsbad in 2003 and has been an active community member since. He lives with his wife Connie, whom he married in 2005, and is a proud father of four sons and grandfather to four grandsons.

Anthony is passionate about community service and is particularly interested in helping those struggling with substance abuse and depression. His leadership philosophy is guided by his faith, with a desire to serve others rather than pursue titles or positions.

An outdoor enthusiast, Anthony enjoys sports, hunting, and camping—activities he has shared with his children and hopes to continue with his grandchildren. Despite not completing high school, Anthony has built a successful career through determination, hard work, and dedication to his professional growth.
