Three Cavegirls Named to All-District 4-5A Team

Three Cavegirls have been named to the 2025-26 All-District 4/5A volleyball team.

Selected for First Team post-season honors were senior Jazmariyah Sandoval and sophomore Elizabeth Tyndorf. Second Team honors went to senior Scarlett Haley.

During the season, Sandoval and Tyndorf anchored positions in the middle. Haley occupied a right-side spot.

“These girls proved to be integral parts of our team this season,” said Cavegirl head coach Taylor Hardison. “Ever present, they worked hard to help us gain the success we had this year.

“They’re all amazing athletes and young ladies and deserved to be recognized by our district for their hard work and talent,” she said. “We couldn’t be more proud of them.”

The Cavegirls posted an overall record of 6-16 this season. In District 4/5A play, they were 2-4.

In a move toward youth and the future in 2025-26, Sandoval and Haley were the only two seniors on this year’s club.
