At the heart of our community is a place that welcomes curiosity, creativity, and connection—the library. Every month, we are thrilled to offer a wide variety of programs that bring people together, encourage learning, and spark new interests.

Whether you’re a lifelong reader, a curious child, a budding scientist, or someone looking for a social activity, there’s something for you at the library.

Programs for Children and Families

Our regular Storytime Series creates joyful moments for our youngest patrons and their caregivers. With sessions like Toddler Storytime, Preschool Storytime, and Baby Storytime, little ones experience the wonder of books through songs, movement, and early literacy activities. These beloved programs help build language skills and foster a love of reading from the earliest age.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. Kids and families can also dive into hands on activities like Lego Time, where imagination takes shape brick by brick, and STEM Club programs that explore science, technology, engineering, and math through playful learning. Recently, a Gardening Event introduced kids and adults to seed germination, giving everyone a hands on lesson in how plants begin to grow.

Our library also partners with organizations like Inspired by Science to celebrate special days like National STEM Day, offering free, interactive activities that make science exciting for all ages. Events like these bring the wonders of science to life and show how libraries are more than places for books; they are spaces for discovery.

Programs for Teens and Adults

For older readers and hobbyists, we offer opportunities to connect over shared interests. Brews & Books provides a relaxed setting to chat about great reads, meet fellow book lovers, and enjoy discussion over a beverage. Adults interested in gardening, wellness, or practical skills have opportunities to learn and grow, too—from gardening tips to community education sessions.

Our library also embraces creative and cultural experiences. For example, feature events like book clubs and author panels bring literature to life. Past programs have included engaging discussions with writers and storytellers, giving community members a chance to hear directly from authors and deepen their connections to the written word.

Tech, Learning, and Community Support

We also know how important it is to provide programs that support everyday needs. Tech help sessions and workshops offer guidance for people navigating new devices, software, or online tools. These programs help bridge the digital divide and empower patrons to feel confident in today’s technology driven world.

A Place for Everyone

What makes our library special isn’t just the diverse lineup of programs—it’s the way each event brings people together. Children make friends at storytime, teens collaborate during creative workshops, adults find new passions in book clubs, and neighbors connect while exploring shared interests. Each program strengthens the threads of community and celebrates lifelong learning.

If you haven’t yet explored our library’s events, now is a great time to start. From weekly storytimes to special celebrations of science, books, and community, there’s truly something for everyone. Visit the library or check our calendar frequently; there’s always something new to discover.

Join us; your next favorite program may be just around the corner!
