Samantha Nickole Rubino, 8, of Primrose Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020. Samantha was born May 26, 2012 in Clovis, NM to Jennifer Marie Rubino and Juan Lerma. She enjoyed coloring, reading books from the library and writing stories as she had a vivid imagination. She loved her pets and playing with her cousins. Samantha was preceded in death by her mother, Jennifer Marie Rubino. Survivors are her siblings: Mykul Rubino, Adryana Aguire and Zachary Brunson; father, Juan Lerma; grandparents: Scott and Cindy Rubino; Esmeralda and Eduardo Lerma, Sr. and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
