Manuel Carrasco Silla's, 89, passed away July 31, 2020.
Manuel was born March 12, 1931 to Luis & Felipa Silla's. He attended San Jose Catholic School and graduated from Carlsbad High School. He served his country through the Army National Guard and was dedicated to his floor installation career. He devoted his life to serving the Lord at San Jose Catholic Church and was a member of the Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus, Christmas Anonymous and Eucharist Ministry and was loyal assisting at funerals and visiting the sick.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Irene Silla's, Faye Rodriguez, Mary Chavez; brothers, Reynaldo, Seferino, Herman and Louie Silla's, Jr.
Survivors are his wife of 64 years, Criselda; children: Bessie Casillas (Richard), Aurelio Silla's (Rita), Celina Martinez (Thomas), Albert Silla's and Melissa Ramirez (David); 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Yaya Chavez, numerous nieces and nephews.
