Linda D. Eastman

Linda D. Eastman, 70, of Singletree Road Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away on March 13,
2021 at Covenant Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. Linda was born on April 25, 1950, in Covington,
Tennessee to Roy and Marie Parker.
Cremation has taken place, and the family will have private services at Denton-Wood Funeral
Home Chapel. There will be a livestream of the service, which will be recorded, and can be

Linda was born and raised in Covington, TN and graduated from high school there. She then met
James Lamica, and they got married in the early 1970’s. They then moved to Memphis, TN and
started their family of two kids. Linda and James were married for 20 plus years until his passing
in 1993. Linda then met Neal Eastman, and they got married in 1998, and were to celebrate their
23 rd anniversary this May. Linda was the type of person who never knew a stranger and could
instantly put a smile on your face. She was full of life, and would always light up the room when
she walked in. The most important thing to Linda was her family. She loved them so much, and
she took every chance she could to love on her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Linda will be dearly missed, and never forgotten.
Linda was preceded in death by her father, Roy Parker; mother, Marie Hanks; first husband,
James Lamica; three brothers: Roy Earl Parker, Thomas Sanford Parker, and James Douglas
Parker; and one sister, Mary Lou Smith.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, Neal Eastman of Carlsbad, NM; son, Lance Lamica of
Memphis, TN; daughter, Shelley Camarillo and husband Froylan of Memphis, TN; grandson
Brandon Miller of Memphis, TN; stepson, Scott Eastman and wife, Tanya of Texas;
stepdaughter, Brandy Fraser and husband, Randy of Arkansas; step-grandchildren: DJ Granados,
Kylee Eastman, Nicole Beedle and husband Robert, and Greg Gonzales and wife Jessica; step
great-grandchildren: Zeik Gregg, Lilliths Gregg, Izzy Gregg, Roland Beedle, Ellie Beedle,
Charlotte Beedle, Domi White, and Nikolai Gonzales; sister, Cathy Underwood and husband
Glen of Little Rock, AR; brother, Embrey Neil Parker and wife, Paula of Carlsbad, NM; and
numerous nieces and nephews.
